I’ve been rifling through my old photos and not finding many good photos of Eiffel Towers (And Statues of Liberty) in towns I’ve visited in the past, so I definitely need to visit all of these places again. (Perhaps, the internet will have to help me out….on a virtual tour of some of the remote ones)

Cathy, What an interesting post. I just learned yesterday, coincidentally on the radio, that there's a town called Paris in Ontario, your neighbour up north, and it's named "cobblestone capital of Canada", and even "the prettiest town in Canada". And it's so beautiful, at least from the pictures on its site. Here's the link. Take a look and I'm sure its serene beauty and character beat the cosmopolitan atmosphere of many 'Parises'.

Fun post Catherine. Terri and I have visited all 50 states, but as I look at your list, I realized that I’ve only been to one of these cities (Paris, KY). Your list could be a great quest for a future road trip, and also have Eiffel Towers as the secondary objective. ~James

What an interesting post, Catherine. I agree with the comments, t’would make a wonderful post to highlight the Eiffel Towers throughout the States (regardless of their townships). Just as a by the by: I was enormously surprised by the ‘size’ of the Eiffel Tower (in Paris); it was way bigger than I’d ever imagined…!
